We are very privledged to have a private tour of this exquisit exhibit “Marionettes by Rachel” at the Rundel Library, given by her brother Christopher. Meet in the Court St Parking Garage (194 Court St, Rochester, NY 14604) at 10:00 am and we will go up together.

Join us for breakfast at 8:30 at the Village Bakery at the Armory,  (145 Culver Rd, Rochester, NY 14620). I highly recommend you order online in advance, it's a busy place! Order Breakfast ONLINE Here

Background: Rachel Hennelly
“Marionettes by Rachel” entertained thousands of children and adults at dozens of venues; the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Festival; The Museum of Natural History; the Brooklyn Academy of Music; Paramount Theater; Madison Square Garden and was selected to be an act for MTA’s Music/Art in Subway Station series as well as the Holiday Market at Grand Central Station. Since Rachel’s passing in 2022 her family has continued to display her work in other venues including: Ridgewood Public Library, Ridgewood NJ, Hasbrouck Heights Free Public Library, Johnson Public Library in Hackensack NJ, and Holiday Preview Display at Ocean Grove Historical Association. And now it’s in Rochester at the Central Library! Rachel during her lifetime focused on entertaining children and adults through her marionettes. Her vast career in the arts of dance, performance, musical theater, circus arts allowed her to take what she brought to the stage and bring anywhere, including the New York City Subway System with her Marionettes.
