All members are invited to discuss the results of the Club Health Condition survey and to perform a SWOT analysis (strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), threats (T)). We am asking ALL club members to make the attempt to attend the meeting, even if you had not completed the club health check. The more club members attending the SWOT analysis, that are part of the strategic planning process and that provide their input, the more successful and the better the results will be for the club and its members. If you have any questions or need additional information let me know at Mobile / Text: 585-754-0953 or Email: kenkohl55@aol.com. |
