August Club Meeting

Please join us at our August club meeting for a look into the history of the Broccolo Garden Center, presented by Albert Broccolo. Enjoy beer, wine, and pizza while learning about the center’s 35-year legacy.

 

Founded in 1990 by Laurie Broccolo, a certified Woman Business Owner and distinguished FLCC alumna, the organization has expanded to include Broccolo LEEDS (Landscape Expertise in Environmental Design Services) and the B-Friendly Farm & Gardens. Co-owner and Vice President Albert Broccolo brings extensive expertise in engineering and green infrastructure, including stormwater management and green roof installations.

 

The meeting will highlight the 43-acre B-Friendly Farm at 2755 Penfield Rd., a destination for sustainable solutions featuring native plants, solar power, and electric charging stations.
