Brew & Dinner Fundraiser

NOTE:  ALL ATTENDEES SHOULD USE THE "GUESTS" BUTTON TO REGISTER FOR BREW & DINNER!

Brewmasters at K2 Brewery will partner with the Executive Chef at Penfield Country Club to create a four-course gourmet dinner-- each course paired with one of K2's craft beers.

Menu:

First Course:  K2's Jalapeno Cream Ale paired with: Wagyu Chorizo-stuffed chili pepper tempura fried and served with a cheddar beer bechamel

Second Course:  K2's Milk Shake IPA paired with: Kimchee citrus pickled shrimp crispy spring roll of spicy shredded pickled vegetables and tangy baby shrimp

Third Course: K2's Scotch Ale paired with: Shredded bourbon pulled pork sliders topped with a sweet and sour vinegar slaw, smoked gouda on a mini brioche roll

Fourth Course: K2's Vanilla Porter paired with:  Deep fried vanilla ice cream with root beer glaze

Proceeds from Brew & Dinner will benefit Camp Haccamo and Honor Flight Rochester.
