Mulch Your Christmas Tree!

The "Waste Not" committee of Color Penfield Green (formerly the Compost Committee) is organizing a Christmas tree pick up on January 10th to try and increase the participation in the mulching of trees that the Town of Penfield offers.

Penfield Rotary will be helping to load as many trees as possible that day. Stay tuned for more details.

It will be great to see less trees going to the landfills and being turned into valuable mulch instead. If you can help out - either with trucks or drivers, please email ldarin13@gmail.com.
